- 1). Launch Windows and log in with a user account that has administrator credentials.
- 2). Click "Start" and choose "Control Panel." Click on the "System and Maintenance" option and click the "Device Manager" option.
- 3). Click on the "View" tab in the Device Manager window and click "Show Hidden Devices."
- 4). Right-click on the "Trend Micro Firewall Driver" and choose "Uninstall."
