- 1). Dust the stain with talcum powder. The powder will absorb some of the stain if it has not been sitting for too long. Leave the powder to sit overnight.
- 2). Dust off the powder with a damp, soft cloth.
- 3). Dab a small amount of mild dish detergent onto a damp, soft cloth and wipe the stained area with the detergent. Let the Uggs sit for 30 minutes. Wipe away the detergent and stain with a damp cloth.
- 4). Apply leather cleaning lotion designed for sheepskin to a clean soft cloth. Rub the soap into the boot in a circular motion. This will help remove what is left of the stain while also conditioning the leather.
