When you actually begin the thought process of giving your child a birthday party, you go through all of the things you would like to have at the party.
Whether it be the normal "plain" kind of party or making it a party with lots of colors and kid movie characters.
One of the most adorable characters that could ever be put into a party would be the Sesame Street "Elmo".
He is a classic and everyone from adults down to little kids love him.
But, you might question why you would want to pick him out of all of the other characters out there.
Especially over the most recent cartoons that seem to have all of the kids captivated.
These reasons will tell you why Elmo is the best fit "toon-ebrity" for your party:

• He's Fun and Cute: Who wouldn't be enchanted by this cute red stuffed puppet that captures any persons heart? He makes you laugh right away and will always have your mind working to keep up with him.
  When you see the kids watch him, they are captivated by his words and his movements.
  
• He Relates to the Kids: Every once in a while you will see Elmo asking a question of the kids, and he asks it on their level so they actually think about what he is saying.
  Asks them about every day life and what they are up to in their lives, but then slowly tells them answers in fun and in all seriousness as well.
  
• He Captures Kids Attention: When it is Elmo's turn to come on the TV, he all of a sudden is surrounded by colors and he, himself, is captivated by the things around him which in turn makes the children watching him look too.
  It makes them aware of every day things.
  
• Kids Learn When They are With Him: Everything Elmo doe has some purpose in his actions and his words and it is to teach our children.
  But, that's not his only goal.
  It is to teach them the fun in life and in learning and in turn, making your child smarter and more ready to take on the world!
• Kids Learn To Mimic: Not only are your kids learning and having fun, they will mimic Elmo's actions outside of Sesame Street and they will start expanding their mind to start thinking on their own.
  They will recognize things out in the world that they wouldn't have noticed so early if it hadn't been for Elmo.
  

As Elmo is in the process of captivating your children, he is also making "fun" a priority that is full of respectability.
But, all of these reasons above would be nothing unless you actually made some use out of Elmo.
And it is to have an Elmo-ized party.
To do that you will need the plates, the cups, plastic ware, tablecloth, streamers that coordinate with Elmo and Sesame Street, games and perhaps some gifts that Elmo would give kids: such as crayons.
