Sex should not be suffering.
It supposed to be pleasurable for both you and your lover.

One of the best ways which need not you to cure your back but continue having sex without feeling too much pain is trying different sexual positions.
Different Sexual Positions For guys, since you're having back pain, sexual positions that involve a lot of movement of your waist, hip and back SHOULDN'T be tried.
  I'm sorry to tell you that this is not the right time for you to show off how great you are on the bed.
However, it doesn't mean your sex life is gone for good, you are only restricted to only a few sexual posturals.
Sexual positions such as side-by-side and let your partner sit on top of you are positions which are recommended for your conditions now.
Since your back is weak now, positions such as doggy and missionary are believed to be able to worsen your condition.
As for females who are experiencing back pain, in the case of lower back pain, you know you shouldn't shake too much on your waist, lower back and your butt.
Therefore, sexual position such as missionary with legs bent toward your chest is best for you to enjoy your sex life.
Other positions such as sitting on your partner's lap or rear entry are also recommended.
Curing Your Back Is The Only Way To Regain Sex Happiness Keep in mind that the health of your back is dependent on many dynamic factors.
Your symptoms may change over time so you may need to work with your health care provider from time to time as you go through the many stages of recovery.
Normally, if you are only having mild injury, gym workouts is able to strengthen your back and allow you to stay longer on the bed and have better endurance for your sex life.
However, if you injured your back quite seriously, gym workouts will only add serious to your back condition and you will need a longer time to recover from the injury.
Hence, to build a strong back, the first thing you should do is to do the CORRECT muscle stretching exercise where you can build your back muscles from the fundamental point.
