Second you will need to put a professional yet simple website together so people can find out more about your company and where to contact you.
You will then need to find reliable and professional telemarketers to outsource the work to.
Once you take care of these first few steps, you can offer your services to companies on Craigslist, Guru.
com, and Elance.
com (among other resources) who need reliable telemarketers.
It is realistic to gross about 5K a month within 2 months if you follow the basic plan above.

Interview everyone by phone as you will have a better understanding of their personality and you usually can pick up a vibe as to whether they are going to bail on you or not.
If you can, pay weekly, this is a great way to get people to keep working and keep morale up.
Run contests, and always treat your workers with respect.
