If you want to do so, just wrap the pieces properly, wrap the sharp pieces individually and you'll have your dishes same as new.
But if for any reason you can't send it to the porcelain experts, you can fix it yourself too.
Purchase some epoxy glue, which will come in a box that contains two glues.
Follow the instructions from the box and mix them.
Then use an old toothbrush you don't want to use again to put glue on the part where the porcelain piece fell off.
Hold the piece in its original positions for a minute.
This may be a boring step, but it is very important.

If after sticking back all of the pieces there are some parts which look cracked, purchase some porcelain enamel and use it to fill in those parts.
