Some Reasons Why You Must Have Vegetables in Your Backyard

There are some instances that you want to eat fresh greens and vegetables and some fruits, but you are worried because it might be tainted by chemical fertilizers. We can buy natural harvest also known to be organic fruits and vegetables but the cost of organic vegetables is going on high heavens and you don't want to spend too much bucks for it. The solution is to grow your own organic greens.

Growing your own vegetables will provide you with fresh and delicious vegetables every harvest. You might harvest more than you expected so you can give some to your relatives, neighbors and friends. You can also sell it to market for additional income. These are only a few reasons why you must grow your own vegetables in your backyard.

If you want some hobby then try growing tomatoes or lettuce in your backyard, if you have a big backyard you can also add some bitter gourd which is know to cure diabetes and has a lot of medicinal uses. Another option is to grow loofah. You can use it as exfoliating scrub which can give you clean and clear looking skin.

Garlic easy to grow, this vegetable is always in demand in many dishes so planting it can give you some steady supply. Garlic is also known to posses some medicinal value like bitter gourd.

, in my case I grow vegetables for fresh supply of vegetables and to sell the excess to market. Another reason is I want to promote organic way of growing vegetables. We live in a hostile world full of chemicals. Almost all the food we eat contains chemical that might be harmful to our body.
