• Most everyone has under-the-sink cabinets at some point, but there is no need to limit the cabinetry to that space--consider above-the-sink cabinetry. This works especially well in his-and-hers bathrooms when it serves as a divide between the two sink spaces. Vertical bar pullouts from either high or low cabinets serve to hold towels in a less conspicuous manner.
  
  

Shelves

• Shelves are versatile storage solutions that can match any decor. To maximize storage in a corner, use corner shelves. If you don't like the look of over-the-toilet shelves, mount free hanging shelves directly to the wall. These can go anywhere in the bathroom.
  
  

Baskets and Other Ideas

• Use a basket to store extra, rolled-up towels in a decorative yet functional manner. Use a large basket for the bath towels and a small one for the wash cloths. Hooks are great for storing anything that can be hung, from bathrobes to back scrubbers. Over-the-door storage is another option, although it can create a cluttered look.
