- Champion Juicer.
Select the appropriate juicer for the job. There are many juicers available on the market today but not all of them are recommended for juicing as a cancer treatment. The two types of juicers recommended are masticating juicers and grind and press juicers. These are also the most expensive to buy. The cheaper juicers are centrifugal juicers and the blades whirl at such a high rate of speed that the juice heats up and kills vital enzymes. The point of juicing is to fill the body with living enzymes from fruits and vegetables. For this, juicers like the Champion and Norwalk work the best. - Organic prduce is best.
Choose fruits and vegetables that are organic. Popular vegetables used in juicing are carrots, beets and greens. Greens include vegetables that are green in color such as celery, beet tops, kale, romaine lettuce and spinach. Fruits should be used sparingly. Fruits such as pineapple and apple can be added for sweetness. Bananas can be used as a thickener. Drinking large quantities of fruit juice is not recommended since fruits contain a large amount of natural sugars. - Fresh spinach juice.
Consume freshly prepared juice daily. Assembling, juicing and cleaning equipment is a lot of work but to achieve results with juice therapy the body needs a constant supply of living nutrients from fresh juice to heal itself. Preparing large quantities of juice and storing it in the refrigerator is not recommended but may be necessary in some cases. Try to use the juice within 24 hours.
Juicing alone may not be enough to treat cancer. The entire diet should be cleaned up and harmful habits such as cigarette smoking should be stopped. When juicing for cancer treatment, one can choose to consume only fresh living juices each day or add additional foods to the diet. Any other foods consumed should also be organic and free from chemical additives. A benefit from juicing is that the digestive organs can rest since they don't have to work hard to break down solid foods; therefore solid food should be limited. - Traditional medical support may be needed.
Seek medical advice from either a traditional physician or alternative health care practitioner for guidance while undergoing juice therapy to make sure nutritional needs are being met. Juicing for cancer treatment works well as a complimentary therapy while undergoing traditional treatment or it can be used as a stand alone treatment if the patient and health care advisor decide to do so.
