You have probably heard the phrase that accidents happen. Well the truth is that accidents happen when people are being careless or negligent with the law. When a young person first gets behind the wheel of a car and starts to drive their driving habits for life are formed. After a few years those habits are engrained within the driver and although a person can change the way in which they drive over time, the chances are slim that they will alter their regular driving habits unless they are given cause to.
