Phone Broadcast Systems - Two Closely Guarded Secrets To Voice Broadcast Success

I have been using voice broadcasting every day for more than two years in my business. It works very well. I would be closed without it. One of the great things about it is that you get leads and sales immediately. With voice broadcasting, if you start making calls at 1:00 PM, you have leads at 1:15! it is easy and inexpensive. However, there are two important voice broadcasting techniques that make the difference.

Sound Like A Regular Person

The first secret to voice broadcasting success is to record your script so you sound like a regular person not a recorded call. Use folksy phrases and contractions. like “I’m” not “I am: and “won’t” not “will not” Don’t sound formal. Use your first name only…it’s informal. Don’t shout, don’t use music as a background. If you can sound like a person who called instead of a radio commercial , you have a few seconds to interest them.

The second secret to voice broadcasting is to customize the message. It only takes a few seconds to record a call. You call an 800# and just say it into the phone. I record a new message for every group I call. For example, if you are calling dentists in Atlanta, I suggest you start your script with “Hi, this is Carl….and hey…as a dentist in the Atlanta area, you know …. By customizing, you raise their interest.

If you use these two secrets you will get good results every time.
