Ingredients
- 2 cups washed, chopped dandelion root
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 15 minutes
- Yield: Serves 2 as a side
Preparation
- In a 8 inch frying pan, heat sesame oil, soy sauce and vinegar until simmering.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Add dandelion root and continue to warm for 8-10 minutes, or until roots are tender.
