- The FIRST/ITT Technical Institute Scholarship is available to students who have participated in a FIRST Robotics Competition team or a FIRST Tech Challenge team while they were in high school. As of 2011, this grant is valued at $9,000 per year for two years. To be eligible, a student must be a high school junior or senior at the time of application, and must intend to pursue an associate degree at ITT Tech. A recipient of the FIRST/ITT Technical Institute Scholarship must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher to maintain eligibility.
- Students pursuing a bachelor's degree may be eligible for the ITT Tech President's Scholarship, an educational grant valued at a 20 percent discount off tuition costs. To be eligible, a student must have earned an associate degree from ITT Tech with an cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Eligible students have the chance to qualify for this scholarship every quarter. Students earn the President's Scholarship by enrolling for at least 12 credit hours and maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or better.
- To be eligible for the Champagne Scholarship, a student must be a U.S. citizen, a full-time student and must submit a FAFSA for the year in which they apply for the scholarship. Furthermore, their FAFSA information must indicate that they will have an Expected Family Contribution of $0. This educational grant may only be received once in a student's college career. The award is valued at $3,000 toward the cost of tuition, as of 2011.
- ITT Tech students in the state of Texas may be eligible to receive the Career Colleges and Schools of Texas Scholarship to help pay for the cost of tuition at ITT Tech. As of 2011, this educational grant is awarded in the amount of $1,000. Students must apply through their high school guidance counselor. Award recipients are selected on the basis of student leadership, academic record and financial need.
