Baltimore Hotels With Transportation to the Cruise Terminal

Baltimore, Maryland, is not just a cruise port, but also a destination in itself. Baltimore Inner Harbor, near the cruise terminal, is a center of sightseeing, including Baltimore National Aquarium, Maryland Science Center and Baltimore Maritime Museum.

The Inner Harbor is also home to several hotels ideally located for those spending a night or two in Baltimore before or after a cruise. The cruise terminal is an easy taxi or limousine ride from Inner Harbor hotels or, for those staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor, a free shuttle is provided.

Hampton Inn & Suites

The only Baltimore Hotel offering free transportation to the cruise terminal, Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor, also provides long-term parking for cruise guests. Located in a restored historic building, Hampton Inn & Suites features 116 guest rooms in several configurations, including single king or queen rooms, double queen rooms, single king suites and double queen suites on smoking or non-smoking floors.

The hotel provides complimentary daily breakfast, high-speed Internet access, an on-site convenience store, fitness room and swimming pool.

Located less than a mile from the cruise terminal, Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor features guest rooms with one king or two double Garden Sleep System beds, a 32-inch flat screen LCD television, complimentary high-speed Internet access, a refrigerator and microwave. Guests can enjoy breakfast or dinner at the on-site Great American Grill or a beverage at the Lobby Bar.

Other amenities include a convenience store, Starbucks coffee bar, billiards room, 24-hour business center, indoor pool and complimentary admission to the nearby Maryland Athletic Club and Wellness Center. Although Hilton Garden Inn does not provide free transportation to the cruise terminal, it is an easy taxi ride away.

One of three luxury Harbor Magic Hotels in Baltimore, the Pier 5 Hotel sits on its own pier in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. It is next door to the Baltimore National Aquarium and behind the Power Plant entertainment complex. The hotel's 66 vibrant and contemporary guest rooms feature city or harbor views, available with king or double beds.

On-site restaurants include Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, McCormick & Schmick's seafood restaurant and Pizzazz grill. The cruise terminal is easily accessible by taxi or limousine.
