When I first started out in internet marketing, I'll testify that ClickBank was looked down on from my point of view. I didn't think it was anything that held more value then any other affiliate network. But after a closer view of ClickBank, I began to see that maybe my statements DID NOT hold water.
So what I did was researched and did a bit of PPC marketing to test the ability of how well ClickBank performs. Although I did NOT see much activity, likely because of the product being poor, I did happen to convert at least 2 sales.
As a quick reference, my stats came down to me converting 2 sales (at $15 each) for a total of $30.00 - and I spent around $20.00! I'm not afraid to give you the whole numbers, opposed to those internet marketers who give you a "sample number."
In the end, I profited in the above example with $10.00 which in any case isn't much, it is a profit none-the-less.
So why exactly am I praising ClickBank other affiliate networks?
I could go on and on and saturate your mind with useless reasons, but I'll be straight up with you. ClickBank offers a higher percentage of the sales. Now, this is not the case for ALL of the products. There are a few that are the same percentage as products on any other network, but, ClickBank percentages are known to raise up to as high as 75% per sale.
So imagine promoting a product that is selling at $97.00 at a 75% percentage. That amounts to $72.75 per sale.
Assuming the product is a top seller, even accumulating 10 sales a month amounts to around $727.50 - imagine making 100 sales a month (3 sales a day.) That is approx. $218.75 a day. At the end of the month, you're bring in around $7k (BEFORE ClickBank's fees.)
Dominating ClickBank isn't that hard. It takes time and patience, and not to mention a unique strategy.
I also believe that digital products have a major benefit over other affiliate networks.
Maybe that was a bold statement. But its just me being honest with you. I ask you, how convenient is it to purchase a product online and have to wait for it to arrive compared to have it digitally sent via email to you. Even at 2am in the morning!
From my consumer views, I rather have a product in a matter of minutes then waiting days. That is what I am getting at when I say that dominating ClickBank is easier compared to trying to master another network.
In either case, when it comes down to it, ClickBank is your best bet if your a beginner into internet marketing as there is not much maintenance required. Not to mention, its free and only takes a few minutes to sign up and get started immediately.
