- 1). Set the combination for the American Tourister luggage to all zeros. Look for a small reset button next to the combination dials. The button may or may not have a label specifying that it is the reset button.
- 2). Hold down the reset button and simultaneously turn the numbers on the combination lock to your new combination. Release the reset button. Test the new combination by mixing up the combination numbers and trying to unlock the luggage with the new combination.
- 3). Contact a Samsonite/American Tourister service center if you encounter difficulties with resetting the combination. Some locksmiths can also help.
