Having an anxiety issue can certainly interfere with your life to the point where you feel hard done by and isolated from others that seem to be flying high and getting on with things.
I have sat in therapy groups where people have complained endlessly about their predicament and I can understand why, but what if this is a blessing in disguise?, what could be the benefits to having such an "affliction" and then healing it?
Here's a few ideas!
1) In order to heal anxiety you need to first become aware of it and invariably as we become more aware of our own behaviour and emotions we develop and grow as people. Even if what you are aware of is fear and pain you are still growing more than many people who spend their lives unaware of what they are feeling. Ultimately they miss out on alot more.
2) As you open up more to your feelings and start to accept the anxiety you will also appear more open and accepting to other people. Your relationships will start to improve and your interactions will be easier..
3) I believe as people heal their anxiety they start to get in touch with their life purpose. This happens as a result of opening to feelings on a deep level which will ultimately leads to a connection with the source of the strength within you which guides you to your purpose in life.
4) Remember that everything no matter how upsetting has a purpose in life and has lessons for you. Healing anxiety will point you towards your own particular lesson and it will enrich your life.
