- 1). Kill zombies, then use the points you have earned to open the first door to the right. Walk down the hallway and purchase an elevator ride.
- 2). Walk downstairs and find the next elevator, then purchase another ride down to the basement. Walk up to the power switch and turn it on.
- 3). Take the elevator back up to the middle floor. Find the "Def Con 1" sign on the wall and activate it. Do the same for "Def Con 2-4" to get clearance. Walk into any of the teleporters to go to the "Pack A Punch" perk machine.
