If a person exploits internet or mobile phone more than an hour per day in a month, he may have addictive behaviour or he may be addicted to "Substance Abuse" like alcohol, cocaine, brown sugar & "Pathological Gambling" like, card gambling, horse race. In psychological point of view, any kind of addiction is known as a problem.
Recently WHO has declared that "Internet Addiction" also a kind of mental illness. Especially, one who is using "Sound & Light Waves" instruments like TV/ Computer/ Cell Phone/ Video Games, after 9 pm may be influenced by "CIRCARDIAN RHYTHEM", which affects their normal routine sleep. As outcome of watching TV till 2 pm (midnight), many, especially young adolescents are not able to exit from their bed early and used to sleep till 10 am. According to experts and their research findings, as outcome of sleep disturbances, women are facing menstrual defects and both the sexes are facing mental tiredness, anxiety and stress.
To come out /avoid those problems……..
1. "Switch-off" your brain after 9 pm, which means switch-off TV / computer / cell phones / video games, which are sending sound & light waves to the brain.
2. Reading, writing, scribbling may helps in providing healthy sleep. When we come to read, it does not mean text books or curriculums, where as it may be dailies, magazines or anything.
3. Reading other than text books will ensure broad vision. Otherwise we can produce robots, who are earning lot, but not a man who thinks logically. As a result of this relationship problems may arise in their marital life.
4. "Self-control" has to be practiced, which should shape them to use computers more than an hour on need based. For i.e. "Project Works".
5. It is must to go for walking / jacking / cycling / gym during morning or evening minimum an hour in a day.
Still you are not able to come out from the "Addictive Behaviour" after following all the above mentioned, get consulted with Psychiatric Doctor and do adhere to medications and scientific exercises, which are advised by the psychiatrist.
