The Right Games for Your Children

Today parents are focused on getting their children to excel in academics and pursue high studies to be able to get better jobs.
In the bargain they push the children to spend all the time reading books and do not encourage them to go out and play or exercise on daily basis.
This is not good for children.
All young ones need exercise for their growing body and should spend time playing and exercising.
Even doctors will tell you the same.

These are difficult years when they are consumed by self-doubt, loss of self-confidence and identity etc.
Children who are actively engaged in sports and such activities are found to be adapting at overcoming these growing pains and are more confident with their own sense of identity.
They are better equipped to manage peer relationships.
Games help children build bonds and relationships While playing children learn to handle emotions while dealing with other children in the team.
They also learn to communicate, besides learning skills such as sharing, giving etc.
All these learning helps them build stronger relationships at home and bond with family.
A close knit family keeps the child away from getting exposed to unwanted and anti social activities like drugs, alcohol etc.
Besides they grow up to be socially responsible adults.
Playing games while at home and spending time together is one of the best things that you can do with your children.
This helps them grow up with a sense of belonging; pride and they build stronger bonds with each other in the family.
Such children from stable homes excel in their studies, keep away from doing wrong and grow up to be wonderful human beings.
Yes, there is the added advantage of children growing up with healthy body and mind too.
They are likely to grow up and enjoy better health and prosperity as well as bring up their families in similar fashion and pass on the same culture.
