- 1). Open the Web browser and click "Tools," then click "Firebug." Click "Open Firebug" from the list of options.
- 2). Click the "Page Speed" tab. Click "Profile Deferrable JavaScript." The page opened in the browser is checked for JavaScript and performance.
- 3). Click "Analyze Performance." If the JavaScript section is deferred, the report displays the lines and functions of JavaScript code that are deferred for the browser.
