So, the effect of coffee is clear, that it primarily makes you excited with a rush of adrenaline, thus giving you a short cut to energy without the gradual warm up and revving our body system to become energetic from the natural way, that is through exercises or physical movement.
When coffee is capable of giving you a 'rush' of adrenaline, it can make you panicky, desperate, confuse and even confuse.

Coffee works temporary and after it effect has gone away, a person with panic attack will suffer from depression.
If you have panic attacks and is addicted to coffee, it is more likely that you will reach out for another cup of coffee.
You can even get worse symptoms, like sweating, shaky hands and racing heart beats that can even confuse you to believe that you are getting a heart attack.
