- Any traveler who buys tickets online can print tickets at the ticketing kiosk with the confirmation number that was emailed. The kiosk will print the tickets, and check-in will commence after you check in baggage.
- Animals are allowed on some flights, but not all. Each airline has specific guidelines in regard to pets, from weight limits to physical length. Check the airline for specific guidelines on pet travel.
- You can cancel any flight up to an hour before the time of departure. Tickets are not bound to the traveler, and tickets can be sold to other passengers in need of tickets.
- Carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead compartments or under the seat in front of you. Anything larger must be tagged to put in the cargo bay of the plane and can be claimed upon arrival. Travelers can see what constitutes carry-on size for the flight at the check-in center.
- Flights do occasionally get overbooked, but those who have reservations cannot lose their seats.
